Main Responsibilities- Improve asset reliability through tools like RCM, FMEA, and root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain long-term maintenance plans aligned with production objectives
- Create project justifications and oversee projects
- Lead or support investigations into equipment failures
- Mentor teams in reliability practices
- Contribute to safety planning and participate in team meetings
- Support capital planning for mobile assets
- Engineering qualification or relevant trade experience
- Experience in maintenance planning, supervision, or reliability engineering
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with mobile fleet maintenance and SAP CMMS
- Industry experience
