We are seeking an experienced individual in Real Estate with a bright, confident, and collected attitude to assist the office administration function and provide administrative support to our principal.

This role would suit an individual with exceptional administration skills wanting to take ownership over the role and work with an exceptional high-end real estate business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide comprehensive support to agents and team members
  • Handle tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client communications, and organizing property listings
  • Perform various administrative duties required by the office

**Requirements:**

  • Have a warm and personal approach
  • Real-estate experience is a must
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong phone etiquette
  • Be able to work under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize tasks effectively
