We are a well-established Real Estate business that specialises in offering exclusive luxury real estate services to buyers and sellers worldwide.
Our ideal candidate will have a background in real estate, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the agents and team, handling tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client communications, and organising property listings.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all office guests with a friendly and uplifting demeanour
- Filing and preparing documentation
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling and diary management
- Ordering office supplies and managing stock
Requirements:
- Have a warm and personal approach
- Real-estate experience is a must
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong phone etiquette
- Be excitable and take ownership over the role
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience with PropertyMe, Box + Dice, and Canva are a plus
