Executive Director of Disability Services

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of disability housing and driving meaningful impact for people and communities across South Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic oversight and contribute to the decision-making process
- Monitor the company's financial position, ensuring effective risk management and compliance with laws and guidelines
- Help shape the organisation's values, culture, and strategy
- Serve as a culture custodian, promoting the values of Access 2 Place
- Financial literacy and experience in risk management commensurate with the knowledge required to function effectively as a director
- Knowledge of a director's legal, ethical, fiduciary, and financial responsibilities
- Experience in organizational change, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement
- A collaborative, curious, and courageous mindset
- Integrity and a passion for making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities
Access 2 Place is a registered community housing provider and NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation provider. We offer tailored homes for people with complex disabilities, ensuring tenants can choose their disability support providers independently of their landlord.
We specialise in homes for people with complex disabilities across all four NDIS housing categories: fully accessible, improved livability, high physical support, and robust construction.
