Executive Director

We are seeking a professional and innovative Executive Director to lead our Montana Chapter. This role involves minimal operational responsibility and focuses on external-facing community relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary liaison to the community, supported by Community Volunteer Leaders and the Chapter Board.
- Develop and manage sustained community relationships to achieve region mission goals.
- Develop and manage the chapter board to effectively mobilize support and resources around the Red Cross mission.
- Influence an environment of teamwork and inclusion.
- Four-year college degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Finance, or non-profit administration, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years related experience, with a proven ability to exercise good and timely judgment in complex situations.
- Demonstrated ability for strong communications and influencing skills, along with public speaking and writing.
- Proven experience in influencing others and building relationships.
