About the Opportunity

We are looking for an independent and experienced professional to fill one Board vacancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results in a leadership or advisory capacity, and a deep understanding of the disability housing sector.

The successful candidate will serve a three-year term, with the opportunity to serve a maximum of nine years (three consecutive terms). Board meetings will be held monthly, on the fourth Wednesday, either in person or via videoconference. Additional strategic planning days may be required, and Board members can also participate in one of two Board sub-committees: the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.
