Senior Commercial Growth Manager

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive business growth across key market segments including wholesale, inbound, retail travel, corporate, and MICE.

This is a full-time opportunity to join a leading property and play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial success while promoting Adelaide as a premier destination.

  • Manage and grow top-tier accounts.
  • Develop new business across all segments, identifying high-value opportunities for the hotel and region.
  • Collaborate with national and property-based account managers to maximise group-wide performance.
  • Lead presentations and negotiations with consortia, travel agents, and conference organisers.
  • Drive yield management strategies to ensure long-term profitability.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting and quotations
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales calls, site inspections, and industry events.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations to align on strategy and deliver exceptional service.
