Key Account Manager - State Sales

The role of the Key Account Manager is pivotal in driving growth across a diverse range of strategic customers.

Responsibilities include managing key accounts, developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, leading negotiations with customers and stakeholders, and overseeing entire profit and loss management.

Experience is required in FMCG, account management, and dealing with wholesalers/distributors. People leadership is desirable but not essential.

  • Manage key accounts and drive profitable new business development.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that ensures alignment with future business objectives and goals.
  • Lead negotiations with customers and key stakeholders, including trading terms, tenders, and contracts.
  • Establish clear routines to manage the sales and operations planning process, ensuring accurate forecasting in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Allocate time effectively between strategic planning and tactical execution.
  • Oversee entire profit and loss management and key financial metrics for state sales operations.
