Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of customer needs and shopper dynamics to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  2. Business Development: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities by leveraging your knowledge of the category and shopper behavior in-store.
  3. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including Independent and Wholesale outlets, to drive sales growth and market share.
  4. Performance Management: Achieve sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage targets within your defined area, and ensure that our trade incentives and activities are optimized.
Requirements
  1. Commercial Acumen: Possess strong commercial acumen and ability to understand sales numbers and drive business growth.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
