Retail Field Representative

As a retail merchandiser, you will work within an allocated territory maintaining strong relationships with key retailers and supermarkets on an ongoing basis to ensure accurate task execution.
The role involves driving relationship development with store personnel, building high-quality in-store displays, negotiating promotional space, executing planograms, and submitting daily tasks and quality photos via smartphone or tablet.
Key Responsibilities- Developing robust relationships with store staff
- Maintaining high standards of in-store display quality
- Negotiating promotional opportunities
- Implementing store layouts
- Submitting daily reports and quality images
- Representing the organization positively and professionally
- Performing physical duties safely, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements
- Prior experience in retail, supermarkets, or similar environments is highly desirable
- A valid Australian driver's license and vehicle
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks
