**Are you passionate about beauty?**

We are seeking experienced, proactive and passionate Contractor Field Representatives to service our leading retail, grocery and pharmacy customers nation wide.

You will be responsible for driving growth in your territory through instore visual merchandising, activation of marketing and promotional strategies, planogram implementation and activity and campaign execution.

You will be accountable for ensuring your allocated area is well serviced and continuing to grow in sales with the support of your National Field Manager and our dynamic sales team.

**Skills & Experience**:

- A passion for retail merchandising and sales.
- Knowledge of current trends within the makeup, hair and beauty space
- A strong attention to detail.
- Results-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and within deadlines
- Solid communication skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, management, and staff.

**Territory Responsibilities**:

- Territory coverage, planning and reporting via available CRM software.
- Support of your customers with brand and product training.
- Ensuring adequate stock levels and share of retail space.
- Assess and report on competitive activity.
- Execution of brand and promotional initiatives at store level
- Locating, negotiating and displaying eye-catching product displays
- Stock counts and adjustments
- Ensuring healthy stock levels and promotions are displayed correctly and on time
- Implementing planogram relays efficiently and to expectation in line with business timelines
- Previous experience in FMCG Merchandising preferably Woolworths, Big W, Chemist Warehouse
- Have a reliable motor vehicle and comprehensive motor vehicle insurance
- Hold a current driver's licence
- Must be physically fit to safely carry out duties such an planogram relays
- Be self-motivated efficient and quick learner
- Be a people person willing to build relationships with retail employees
- Detail-orientated, flexible and has the ability to work in a fast-paced highly demanding work environment.
- Have merchandise experience
- Must have own ABN
- Must have own transport, valid and current drivers' license
- Must have own phone
- Must have regular access to computer and printer
- Flexibility to work different hours as required
- Be able to influence and challenge as well as adapting quickly to re-prioritise tasks
- Full Covid-19 Vaccination
