Job Opportunity: Merchandising Field Representative

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a merchandising field representative. As a member of our successful merchandising field teams, you will work within an allocated territory calling on stores to complete various tasks for our clients and build strong relationships with store managers to ensure optimal product distribution and store presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product stock levels, position, and ticketing
  • Execute tasks, build displays, erect point-of-sale materials
  • Negotiate off-location opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel
  • Communicate promotional activities
  • Accurately report progress

Duties:

  • Planogram execution and compliance
  • Shelf adjustments
  • Stock placement
  • Ticketing
  • Obtain sign-off from store personnel
  • Accurate reporting

Requirements:

  • Own smart device for reporting purposes
  • Current state driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Full Australian working rights and be over 18 years old
  • Physically fit – able to bend, lift, and carry stock (up to 16 kgs)
