Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Shellharbour and surrounding areas. As a casual field representative, you will work with key retailers and supermarkets to ensure accurate execution of tasks.

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity approximately 15-20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be required to build strong relationships with store personnel, negotiate promotional space, and create high-quality displays in store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with store staff
  • Negotiate and manage promotional space effectively
  • Create and maintain quality displays in store
  • Execute planograms accurately and efficiently
  • Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone or tablet
  • Represent the company positively and professionally

Requirements

  • Current Australian driver's licence and vehicle
  • Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Willingness to work in a physical and repetitive role
