Job Opportunity

As a retail merchandiser, you will work within an allocated territory to maintain relationships with key retailers and supermarkets on an ongoing casual basis. Your primary objective is to ensure accurate execution of tasks.

Hours are dependent on business requirements, but approximately 10-20 hours per week in Narooma and surrounds are expected. Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday.

  • Driving strong relationships with store personnel
  • Negotiating promotional space
  • Building and maintaining quality displays in store
  • Executing planograms accurately
  • Submitting tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
  • Representing the company positively and professionally

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Retail and/or supermarket experience is highly desirable
  • A current Australian driver's license and vehicle
  • Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
  • An ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work in a role that is physical & repetitive
