Job Title: Water Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and complete technical projects, providing technical guidance and ensuring delivery of work across surface water environmental projects nationally.

The role involves:

  • Providing technical leadership through the delivery of surface water projects;
  • Supporting the growth and success of a national surface water team in collaboration with management;
  • Contribute to business development activities and the growth of a National surface water team;
  • Demonstrating and delivering on technically accurate data analysis and reporting;
  • Managing and delivering medium to large-scale projects from proposal to completion, building strong client relationships and communication;
  • Providing expert advice on surface water/water issues, regulations, and best practices;
  • Collaborating with clients, regulatory agencies, and other technical disciplines to develop innovative and tailored solutions;
  • Providing positive leadership and guidance to junior staff, fostering a collaborative, productive, and fun work environment;

Key Qualifications:

  • A degree qualification in Engineering (Water);
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in water/environmental consulting;
  • Sound capabilities in managing water-related projects;
  • Strong leadership with a people focus, thriving in a fun, friendly environment that values work-life balance while delivering innovative, high-quality technical work;
  • Ability to distil complex information and tasks to communicate to a broad audience;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment;
