About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the residential construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, developers, and industry partners
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and revenue
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong industry knowledge and network in residential construction
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
