Job Overview

The position of Assistant Director, Digital Program Delivery, is a critical role within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of digital projects across the enterprise.

This includes overseeing end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and proficiency in using project management tools.

They will also possess strong people management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

The Assistant Director, Digital Program Delivery, will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing best practices, standards, and methodologies for digital project delivery.

Key qualifications for this role include a degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or relevant professional certification. Proven experience in managing digital programs or projects, as well as in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, is highly desirable.
