**Job Description:**

We are seeking a proactive leader to oversee the daily end-to-end campaign management for our digital team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving advertising effectiveness for brands across our Total TV division.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, with exceptional leadership and people management skills. They will also have a strong understanding of campaign delivery technologies, tools, and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily campaign management, ensuring timely execution, alignment with client KPIs and objectives.
  • Proactive strategizing, managing, and facilitating the rollout of prelaunch campaign delivery executions.
  • Affirmative leadership and empowerment of Campaign Managers and Coordinators to achieve service excellence.
  • Maintenance of high-level service to key stakeholders, including clients, Sales Team, and internal support teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in the digital media industry.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management experience, both internal and external.
  • Advanced dexterity with GSuite and Microsoft suite products.
  • Project management skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
