We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Senior Veterinary Contact Centre Specialist to join our team at Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH). In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and referring veterinarians, providing exceptional support and care throughout their SASH journey.
Key Responsibilities- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls across a 7-day roster
- Book appointments and assist clients with queries over the phone and via email
- Convert general enquiries into appointment bookings and ensure clients are fully informed about SASH services
- Take payments over the phone
- Support clients with pet insurance claims
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent customer service skills, time management abilities, and empathy. You must be flexible to work an overnight rotating roster and have a proven track record of handling fast-paced environments.
