Job Overview

A highly motivated Business Development Manager with a strong background in asset finance and sales is required to build and maintain referral partnerships.

About the Role
  • Identify and engage prospective referral partners, such as car dealerships or accountants.
  • Conduct 10+ quality meetings per week and build trust-based relationships that convert into ongoing referrals.
  • Work closely with our brokers to ensure smooth deal handovers and partner satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of CRM activity, partner pipelines, and reporting.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience in asset finance and/or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A proven ability to manage and grow external stakeholder relationships.
  • Self-motivated individuals with a results-driven mindset are preferred.
  • Knowledge of asset lending products and processes is required.
