Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lease Administration Specialist to join our team. In this key role, you will oversee the administration of commercial leases across a national portfolio of office and retail property.

  • Ensure accurate and timely tenant information is administered in MRI.
  • Resolve tenancy queries as directed by colleagues or requested by tenants.
  • Issue monthly tenant invoices and prepare ad-hoc recoveries and recharges.
  • Coordinate annual outgoings estimates and reconciliations.

You will also identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and profitability through process enhancements.

This role requires strong communication and technical skills, with experience in managing commercial leases and administering lease administration systems such as MRI, Nexus, Xero, and MyBuildings.
