
Senior Lease Administrator

Senior Lease Administrator role at CBRE Asia Pacific in a client-facing capacity within the Property Management team. Responsible for comprehensive lease administration for a strategic office/industrial portfolio, with a focus on lease compliance, lease clauses, outgoings, and tenancy requirements, and managing property expense payments.
Responsibilities- Work collaboratively within the Lease Administration team to support the management and administration of a portfolio of high-profile office and industrial leases
- Review tenant details including but not limited to tenant billings, outgoings recoveries, invoicing and rent reviews
- Ensure leases are correctly updated in the system and chase arrears when required
- Liaise with key stakeholders on tenancy lease incentives and administer that component of the incentive granted to a tenant as required
- Participate in regular meetings with key stakeholders to discuss lease setups, ensuring that all information is provided and recorded in the system
- Complete tenant account reconciliations
- An understanding of office or industrial leases, lease clauses, outgoings, licenses and property documentation is highly advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships in a client-facing role
- The ability to manage numerous different tasks simultaneously and deliver to deadlines
- Highly organised with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in a lease administration position in either office or industrial assets is preferred but not essential
