Senior Retail Lease Administrator Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lease Administrator to lead and drive best-practice lease administration across a national retail portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in lease administration within the retail sector, with a deep understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration of lease agreements, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Negotiate leasing matters, amendments, variations, and ancillary documentation.
  • Collaborate with legal partners to ensure documentation aligns with retail leasing legislation and regulations.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams, tenants, and external providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of lease activity, providing timely updates for senior management.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to interpret, negotiate, and manage complex lease documentation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive mindset, strong business acumen, and the confidence to influence at senior levels.
