We are seeking a Lease Administrator to join our collaborative and high achieving lease management team, part of the wider Commercial Property team, Sydney based.

**About the role**

As a valued member of the national team, you will play a key role in providing administration support through the leasing process. You'll be a critical interface between Commercial Property team, Group Legal and our commercial property customers. The key purpose of the Leasing Administrator is to support the end-to-end administration process from deal inception to lease instruction.

Assigned a shopping centre portfolio, you will ensure that the preparation, execution and administration of our leases and associated documentation are carried out in compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies. Naturally a fast-paced role, you will be following up of a large number of documentations such as bank guarantees, lease documentation, certificates of currency and payment of various fees.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Set up and maintain commercial terms, data, key dates, and other relevant information for all Commercial Property contracts in SAP
- Manage the hand over to Group Legal to enable lease instruction and execution
- Receive and verify requirements from customers and other stakeholders
- Manage filing and safekeeping of all leasing documents for new deals and renewals
- Deliver documents and process information in agreed timeframes
- Participate in business improvement activities
- Maintain strong working relationships with key internal customers
- Ensure that all pre-opening requirements are met in accordance with the Lease documentation

**About you**
- Previous experience in retail lease or sales support administration with a landlord, a large retailer or commercial property or administration experience with a large corporate
- Client service focus, with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strong team player but ability to work unsupervised, take ownership, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment
- Strong attention to detail and process driven
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Competent computer skills across MS Office Suite, intermediate level and though highly desirable but not essential experience using SAP, Salesforce, or any other ERP systems
