Key Responsibilities:- Manage the administration of lease agreements across a significant retail portfolio, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to relevant legislation.
- Oversee a high-volume pipeline of leasing matters, coordinating negotiations, amendments, variations, and ancillary documentation.
- Collaborate closely with legal partners to ensure documentation aligns with retail leasing legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the central point of contact for internal teams, tenants, and legal providers, fostering strong relationships and providing expert guidance.
- Maintain accurate reporting of lease activity, ensuring timely updates for senior leadership and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Extensive experience in lease administration within retail.
- In-depth understanding of Retail Leasing Acts.
- Able to interpret, negotiate, and manage complex lease documentation.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive mindset, strong business acumen, and the confidence to influence at senior levels.
