Job Title

Agribusiness Support Officer

You will play a key role in maintaining effective working relationships with sales and distribution staff, while also liaising with various stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end settlement processing for our customers nationwide.

You will bring your relationship building skills to maintain strong relationships within your team and across the wider business and agribusiness teams and stakeholders, including government partners, customers, solicitors, and advisors.

With a keen eye for detail, you will recommend alternative solutions based on changing customer or business needs, delivering a professional customer experience.

In the case of exceptions or escalated issues, you will be proactive in dealing with them promptly and implementing viable solutions to avoid repetition.

Working closely with our risk partners and stakeholders, you will ensure a positive outcome for the business and our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative, banking, legal, or conveyancing environment, with organisational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on customer needs.

A proactive approach to identifying customers' needs and providing outstanding support to our stakeholders is essential.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.

Additionally, the ability to work well within a team environment and balance/prioritise own work with that of the team's priorities is crucial.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Administrative experience in an administrative, banking, legal, or conveyancing environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
