Job Title: Payroll Compliance Professional

Our team is seeking a seasoned Payroll Compliance Professional to join our operations. This role will oversee payroll processing functions, ensuring compliance with government regulations and providing support for audit purposes.

  • Responsibilities:
  • - Review and update Workday Payroll Tax setup for each legal entity and jurisdiction, partnering with tax authorities as needed.
  • - Perform reviews of monthly/quarterly tax filing packages, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • - Align and reconcile payroll taxes at the employer and employee level, ensuring timely remittances to tax authorities and accurate reporting of withholding taxes.
  • - Manage and reconcile QTD and YTD tax amounts withheld, reported, and deposited on a quarterly and annual basis for assigned entities.

Requirements:

  • University degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience required; 5+ years preferred, with payroll tax compliance experience in Workday
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial services experience a plus
