Our Accommodation Vacancy Management (AVM) Team plays a critical role in filling client vacancies in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services.

About the Role

This senior leadership position is responsible for leading and managing the AVM team to achieve quarterly client placement targets.

  • Providing strategic advice and guidance to the AVM team
  • Developing and ensuring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) for the AVM team

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in the disability sector or community services, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and coordinating a small team of Accommodation Vacancy Coordinators who drive processes to facilitate new SIL clients into CPA Accommodation vacancies
  • Overseeing the pipeline of new SIL clients managed by the AVM team to forecast placement in vacancies
