Senior HR Advisor position with a well-established international logistics business

About the ClientOur client is a respected global player in the logistics sector, recognised for its strong commitment to people, safety, and operational excellence. With ongoing expansion across Australia, they are looking for a skilled HR professional to support both leadership and frontline teams.
About the RoleWorkPac are seeking a confident Senior HR Advisor to join our client's Human Resources team. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and staff, providing practical advice on workplace matters, overseeing compliance, and driving initiatives that strengthen employee engagement. This position reports to the HR Manager and will see you play a hands-on role in shaping positive workplace outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Advise and support managers and employees on HR and workplace matters
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Develop and maintain HR frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Deliver inductions, training, and awareness programs to staff
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and agreements
- Degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field (advantageous but not essential)
- Previous HR generalist experience, ideally within blue-collar industries
- Strong knowledge of Australian workplace legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes
- Proven ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
- Comfortable working independently with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and delivering training to groups
