Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to support the efficient administration of commercial fitout projects. As a key team member, you will assist Project Managers in delivering multiple fitout projects simultaneously.

  • Manage subcontractor procurement, tendering, and letting.
  • Prepare and administer head and subcontractor contracts.
  • Process variations, RFIs, and progress claims.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams.
  • Support project reporting and cost tracking.
  • E nsure compliance with contract requirements and project documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • 2-5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction or fitout.
  • Experience with D&C projects between $500K-$5M highly regarded.
  • Understanding of head/subcontractor agreements and cost tracking.
  • Strong documentation, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar.
  • Full Australian working rights.
