Commercial Contract Administration Opportunity

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering flexible work arrangements and long-term career growth within a high-performing team.

  • Assist project managers in delivering multiple fitout projects simultaneously
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, tendering, and letting
  • Prepare and administer head and subcontractor contracts
  • Process variations, RFIs, and progress claims
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams
  • Support project reporting and cost tracking
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project documentation

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience as a contract administrator in commercial construction or fitout, with a strong understanding of head/subcontractor agreements and cost tracking. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar are also essential.

  • 2-5 years' experience as a contract administrator in commercial construction or fitout
  • Experience with D&C projects between $500K-$5M highly regarded
  • Understanding of head/subcontractor agreements and cost tracking
  • Strong documentation, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar
  • Full Australian working rights
