Job Title: Senior Commercial Fitout Coordinator

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our team as a key professional responsible for the commercial aspect of fitout projects in Sydney. With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, we are seeking an experienced and commercially astute individual to support project delivery across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Managers in delivering multiple fitout projects simultaneously
  • Manage procurement processes, including subcontractor tendering and letting
  • Prepare and administer contracts with head contractors and subcontractors
  • Process variations, requests for information, and progress claims
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Support project reporting and cost tracking to ensure compliance with contract requirements

Requirements:
  • 2–5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role in commercial construction or fitout
  • Understanding of head/subcontractor agreements and cost management
  • Strong documentation, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field
  • Full Australian working rights
