Commercial Fitout Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer to lead our commercial fitout projects from concept to completion.

The Role
  • Develop comprehensive design solutions, incorporating creativity, attention to detail, and strong technical ability.
  • Prepare detailed documentation packages for construction and council submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with internal project managers and external consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Presentation skills are essential, as you will need to communicate ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
About You
  • 5–8 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial or workplace fitouts.
  • Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation and technical detailing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
