We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial office fitout projects from concept through to completion. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual to take full ownership of programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing budgets, contracts, and change orders while overseeing safety, quality, and compliance at every stage. They will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure that every project meets the expectations of all stakeholders.

  • Lead commercial fitout projects from pre-construction to completion.
  • Manage programs, budgets, contracts, and change orders.
  • Oversee safety, quality, and compliance at every stage.
  • Control all project documentation and reporting workflows.
  • Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years' project management experience in commercial fitout/construction.
  • Proven ability to manage program, budget, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong contract administration skills and leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Procore, SharePoint, and project delivery platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
