About the Role


Visy is a leading company in the circular economy, closing the loop between packaging, remanufacturing, and recycling. We're seeking a Technical Quality Administrator to support our internal technical quality administrative processes.



Key Responsibilities



  • Administer customer request systems, responding to inquiries about sustainability, corporate social responsibility, quality, food safety, and product specifications.
  • Maintain internal and external audit schedules, records, and action plans, participating in quality audits.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support for business projects, developing reports, maintaining records, and performing data analysis.
  • Run reports, analyze data, complete, and distribute technical reports as per schedule, contributing to new data sets and reports.
  • Support quality control/assurance processes by creating and maintaining quality documentation, ensuring compliance with Visy's internal standards and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement within the department, facilitating communication with stakeholders for seamless information flow.


Requirements



  • At least 2 years' experience in an equivalent administrative role.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and workloads.
  • M365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) - advanced skills with Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of workflows to maintain business systems.
  • Experience with collating datasets and preparing reports.
  • Effective communication skills to confidently liaise internally and externally.
