Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Support Officer to join our team in Adelaide. This 7-month + contract opportunity will provide you with the chance to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the effective administration of a project team.

About the Role

As a Project Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the management of project finances and managing project information and data using defence systems. You will also manage a range of standard business management functions to ensure ongoing effective and efficient administration of the project team.

  • You will work in complex and challenging environments and interact with various stakeholders.
  • You will contribute to strategic planning, program, and project management or policy development for the project.
  • You will support the preparation and drafting of briefs, complex correspondence, reports, and submissions for board/committee consideration on project status.
  • You will develop and maintain processes that support the effective and efficient management and governance of the project.

Requirements
