Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Quality Administrator to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our internal quality administrative processes, you will play a crucial role in supporting our cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Requests: Prepare responses to customer inquiries regarding sustainability, corporate social responsibility, quality, food safety, and product specifications.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain audit schedules, records, and follow up on action plans for divisional internal and external audits. Participate in internal and external quality audits.
  • Ad-hoc Administration: Provide support for business projects by developing reports, maintaining records, and performing data analysis as directed.
  • Routine Reporting: Run reports, analyze data, complete and distribute reports according to schedule. Contribute to developing new data sets and reports as required.
  • Quality Control/Assurance: Assist in creating and maintaining quality documentation and ensure compliance with Visy's internal standards and procedures.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement within the department.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless flow of information and provide effective administrative support.
Requirements
  • Mandatory Qualifications: At least 2 years' experience in an equivalent administrative role.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Experience as an internal or lead auditor in quality/food safety/HSE. Exemplar Global certificate highly regarded.
  • Essential Skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, advanced Microsoft Office skills, understanding of workflows, experience with collating datasets and preparing reports, and effective communication skills.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000-$80,000 AUD, depending on experience. We offer a competitive remuneration package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
