We are looking for a talented Customer Data Platform Expert who will play a key role in driving personalisation initiatives in collaboration with our Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a real impact on our audience engagement.

  • Develop and implement the Customer Data Platform (CDP) strategy to accelerate growth for SBS On Demand.
  • Work closely with our Marketing stakeholders to implement and develop CDP capabilities.
  • Support the delivery of CDP roadmap to maximise use of the tool by our marketing team.
  • Gather and define business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories for technical implementation.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, developers, and QA to validate and troubleshoot any issues in the implementation process.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data across the business and drive a data-driven culture.
  • Support our marketing stakeholders in advanced CDP segmentation, activation, personalisation, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
  • Establish best practices for effective governance and reporting of CDP segments.
  • Create product documentation and training materials.
