About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic team at TMGM. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in data science and marketing analytics to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive impactful results.
  • Analyse customer data and behaviour to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform marketing decisions.
  • Design and implement robust marketing analytics frameworks to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Possess a strong background in data science, business analytics, or a related field, with significant experience in marketing analytics.
  • Have extensive knowledge of data analysis tools, including SQL, Python, and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Sharepoint, with experience in JIRA/Confluence a plus.
