About the Role

As a Senior Data-Driven Marketing Strategist at AXR, you will play a pivotal role in driving impactful outcomes through the effective use of CRM systems.

Job Description

  • CRM Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute tailored CRM and Segmentation strategies to enhance personalized communication, foster stronger relationships, and drive loyalty with key partners and attract new members.
  • Data Management & Insights: Oversee data collection and analysis to generate actionable insights that support informed decision-making and optimize engagement with partners committed to sustainability and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the CRM system aligns with stakeholder needs, fostering data-driven connections that promote sustainable outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance CRM processes to maximize efficiency, data accuracy, and usability, ensuring the system aligns with our mission and organizational goals.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on CRM best practices, driving company-wide adoption and maximizing the system's effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess:
  • Proven experience in CRM marketing with a strong track record of using CRM tools to improve stakeholder engagement and drive impactful outcomes.
  • Expertise in data analysis and insights generation, enabling data-driven strategies and decision-making.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with diverse partners, both internal and external.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, including experience with implementation, template design, audience development, and process improvement. MS Dynamics and Power BI are highly valued but not essential.
