Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of our residents by providing meaningful activities and support.

About the Position:

  • Provide quality personal, social, and emotional care and support to residents in accordance with our core values.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming while maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident.
  • Support residents with their dietary requirements, ensuring they receive the food they need and assisting them in the process of eating.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, observations, and any changes in the resident's condition on our electronic system.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our residents.

Requirements:

  • Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
  • Adaptable, passionate, and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
