Job Overview

This role involves leading the identification, evaluation and selection of strategic partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive partnership calendar in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Negotiate partnership agreements to secure maximum value and brand visibility
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of partnerships from briefing and branding to event presence and stakeholder alignment
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency and amplification across owned and earned channels
  • Measure performance and recommend improvements for future partnerships
Requirements
  • A marketing professional with 5+ years' experience in business development, partnerships or collaborations preferably in media or advertising
  • Proven track record managing external partnerships and activations that drive measurable outcomes
  • Strong project manager with exceptional organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Skilled negotiator and communicator comfortable presenting to senior leaders and representing the business externally
