Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Partnership Manager. This role will involve delivering impactful retail media campaigns and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in developing and executing targeted marketing strategies.
Manage relationships between teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
Provide compliance reporting and escalate any issues or concerns to ensure timely resolution.
Assist in data input, financial reporting, media schedule creation, and pipeline management.
Maintain inventory of sales materials and coordinate the creation of new materials with the marketing team.
Support Client Partnership Managers with deck creation, client meeting preparation, and compliance reporting.
Requirements:
Experience in sales support or customer service roles, preferably within the media or tech industry.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Strong analytical skills and understanding of how online performance metrics relate to commercial outcomes.
Ability to anticipate client and sales team needs.
Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects with a focus on results.
Professional written and verbal communication skills, applicable in both remote and office settings.
