Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Business Partnership Development Manager to drive strategic growth and development across multiple portfolios.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to qualified customer inquiries and maintain accurate records from initial contact through to onboarding.
  • Build and manage a customer pipeline and contact database, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate application and onboarding documentation for new customers, guaranteeing efficient and compliant processes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, families, carers, service providers, and community members, fostering a culture of partnership and mutual understanding.
  • Represent the organization at networks and promotional events, sharing expertise and best practices.
  • Promote services to attract new customers and track enquiry outcomes for reporting, driving business growth and expansion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business or customer service management, with a proven track record in partnership development.
  • Strong background in customer-facing roles within values-driven organizations, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in cultural change and workforce capability building, with a solid understanding of contemporary Disability Services and person-centred approaches.
  • Excellent community engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse contexts and cultures.
