The ideal candidate will have experience in the early childhood, OSHC, and disability support sectors, with high attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

About the Role

This role involves running child-focused programs for school-aged children in a specialist school setting, maintaining a safe environment, and providing extensive training and onboarding.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging programs that cater to diverse needs
  • Maintaining a high staff-to-student ratio to ensure individualized support
  • Fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in disability support and childcare, with a focus on delivering high-quality services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
What We Offer

We provide a supportive and inclusive work environment, career development opportunities, and a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
