About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and technically skilled CSR Package Lead to drive the design and delivery of Combined Services Route (CSR) systems across major rail projects. This is your opportunity to lead the development of critical underground infrastructure that powers communication, electrical, and signalling systems along Australia's rail corridors.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead CSR design deliverables across all project stages and rail modes.
- Manage the integration of CSR systems with other rail infrastructure.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and communications teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical capability building.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Chartered Professional Engineer status.
- 9+ years of experience in rail infrastructure design and delivery.
- Current competencies with relevant Rail Authorities.
