We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Specialist to spearhead our expansion into Queensland's thriving rail infrastructure sector.
Main Responsibilities:- Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with key government agencies, contractors, and consultants
- Identify and track emerging project opportunities across the region
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely bid submissions and efficient collaboration
- Promote our business at industry events and client forums, fostering strong relationships and a reputation for excellence
- Contribute to market research and analysis, informing strategic growth initiatives
- Proven experience in business development, client engagement, or commercial support roles within rail, civil construction, or infrastructure
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills, coupled with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, driving results and delivering outcomes
- Knowledge of Queensland's rail infrastructure sector and key clients is highly valued
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a focus on achieving shared goals
