Lead Rail Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Rail Engineer to join our Brisbane office and work closely with our other specialists on major infrastructure projects.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced engineer to take on a leadership role, providing guidance and direction to the project team and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in rail engineering, with a focus on project management and leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of rail infrastructure design, construction, and operation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in engineering or a related field.
  • Certified Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent.
