Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead - Rail Engineering to join our team.

This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple projects, providing technical design input and coordination activities. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, ensuring project deliverables meet quality and timeliness standards.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in rail engineering, with strong leadership and management skills. They will also possess high-level consulting and client management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in delivering project outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of industry experience in rail engineering.
  • Proven experience in project delivery and team leadership.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • High-level consulting and client management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualification / engineering degree.
  • Certified Professional Engineer or on the way to attaining.
