Rail Infrastructure Lead

We're seeking an experienced Track Design Leader to drive the delivery of rail infrastructure projects across Australia.
This role will involve leading track design activities, providing technical guidance and mentoring junior engineers, overseeing installation, maintenance and testing of track infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, preparing and reviewing technical reports and specifications, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and managing project scope, timelines and resources.
To succeed in this position, you'll need a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, Chartered Professional Engineer status, and 9+ years of experience in rail track design and delivery. You'll also require current competencies with relevant Rail Authorities and strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
